Buying and Selling
Day to day business can throw up a variety of issues. You will want to make sure, for example, that any standard Contracts you may use in your business are up to date and take account of changes in the law. For instance the Interest in Commercial Contract Regulations now allow you to charge interest on unpaid debts after 30 days. You might wish to include a clause to this effect in your standard terms and conditions of sale.
