OUR HISTORY

Marcus Lynch Solicitors LLP is a full service city centre legal firm located at 12 Lower Ormond Quay, Dublin 1. Marcus Lynch Solicitors was founded in 1894 by William Lynch, the Grandfather of our current Senior Partner, Bryan Lynch. Since then the firm has provided a full range of legal services to the people and businesses of Dublin for more than one hundred years.

Our reputation is based on our proven track record in and practical approach to resolving our clients' issues. We combine a wealth of experience with detailed knowledge of the law. This enables us to optimise our service to our clients.

We pride ourselves in building long-term relationships with our clients. We recognise that, when our clients ask us to assist them, they may be making some of the most important decisions of their lives, and we ensure that their problems are dealt with as speedily and efficiently as possible.

COSTS

Before conducting any business on behalf of a client, we carefully explain to them the fee structure which we operate. We explain the difference between the fee per hour basis, the item basis and the whole case basis so that our clients have the opportunity to make an informed decision as to which is best for them.

We use the latest technology and file management software to ensure that we can provide a secure, confidential and efficient service for all of our clients both business and personal.

CLIENT CARE

Client feedback is hugely important to us. We believe that our clients are the best judges of our performance. We regularly ask our clients to complete a client care questionnaire after the completion of a transaction so that we can constantly improve our performance.
